I) 环境科学与工程: 环境生物质/生物废物的转化,厌氧消化生产生物甲烷,发酵生产生物乙醇和生物丁醇,生产生物柴油的酯交换反应,微生物燃料电池(MFCs)的生物发电,热解生产生物油,去除微塑料、有机污染物和重金属,利用不同生物质生产可降解塑料
II) 人类健康:从海洋生物资源中提取生物活性和高附加值化合物,利用益生菌清除动物和人体中的污染物
III) 分子生物学:利用多组学深入了解环境微生物间的相互作用
